Imperium Engineering will conduct construction management activities without executing the construction itself, we rely on construction execution partners for the completion of construction activities. Imperium will complete all aspects of Commissioning from commissioning management and planning through to post commissioning activities such as compliance testing of power system models such as R1 & R2 testing.
Imperium will write and manage complete test plans for your facility from the high level Commissioning Management Plans and Procedures through to FAT/iFAT/ITP, commissioning workpacks and Inspection Test Record sheets. We will bring all of this documentation together in the form plant area commissioning packs for your records through to operations.
